​We request our customers to add products weighing more than 4 kgs overall. This would make us better to offer bulk rates to you.

Products comes in standard 250 gms of packaging. This might vary depending upon the product and packaging availability and thus might change without prior notice.

Products once ordered might take up to 3-5 days for dispatching. As this includes manufacturing (if any) and packaging.

Transportation to Mumbai airport, food safety and documentation plus billing might take up to 1-2 days depending upon the vendor. (DHL, FedEx, Aramex, UPS)

Payment to be made in full as it's better for us to manage dispatching and billing with the said vendors.

Docket number will be shared after the parcel is picked up by the said vendor. (as it's directly provided by them)

We take utmost care while packing the products as it's our top priority when it comes to sending it abroad. We pack our products in bubble wrap and use seven ply corrugated boxes for ultimate strength and ruggedness.

Package will be eligible for refund only. No exchange or return will be entertained as it takes a lot of manpower and expenses from both end.

For refund (if any) please make sure to video shoot the unboxing of the complete box from the very beginning, which should include the fully intact box being opened for the first time.

Refund only eligible if the product packing is damaged more than 80% of the total box. Please note that the misplacement of the package during transit will not be considered for the refund.
